Spanish Night of Worship

Thank you so much

for the opportunity to share some thoughts and ideas on how to promote the coming Spanish Night of Worship. We appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to the possible collaboration.

Let’s jump in!

Circle Track

CONCEPT ONE

Circle Track

The concept provided by your team really provides some clear vision on the smooth and polished approach to the piece. It feel very controlled and gently leads the audience through the space.

Below is a link to an estimate the recaps all the associated cost to execute something like this. This concept would be highly dependent on the assistance from someone on your team to help schedule all the talent for the shoot. We have discussed Lily Goodman being the main leader. Additionally, we had discussed filming at a Gateway campus to help with lighting, instrumentation and blocking.

We had discussed keeping more of a spotlight vibe for this. However, I thought this could be a great example how an overhead soft source could feel a bit more spotlight-ish if given the spotlight context. We would love to approach it this way to give the piece a bit more drama. Additionally, we would aim to backlight the musicians and other singers.

In-facing Circle

CONCEPT TWO

In-Facing Circle

So this is a bit of an alternative. In this concept we propose trying to face Lily and all the band toward each other. It is a small change but it takes away the performance vibe that we get in the original concept. We feel it gives more of a collective vibe versus a lead or front man (woman) feeling.

Additionally, with this we would almost reverse the order. We would start on something like a guitar. Then move along the track to see drums and pan up to Lily. So it would be more of an instrumental part of the song going into the chorus. But as soon as we would hit that chorus we would cut to the call to action and drop out all the highs in the audio.

This approach would definitely appeal as more of a teaser. It would leave more tension and urge people to attend for that resolution.

This would also allow for us to start at a bridge or higher energy part of a song and allow for an instant attention grab. This above example is a bit much on the energy level but I think it gives a much better idea of the blocking and angles we could achieve as opposed to if everyone was blocked in a performance sort of set up. The cost would remain the same because the band would just be changing position.
