EVENT SUPPORT
From start to finish it is our goal to completely fill the physical space with intentionality and cohesion. From countdowns & PPLs to Openers and Speaker Backgrounds, each asset contributes to the same central message. From the moment a woman walks in the room or clicks to start the stream, it is our desire to see she gets what she came for and experiences God in a way that effects here future trajectory.
LED SUPPORT
Walk-In Stage Looks
This is setting the tone in the room when attendees walk in. There is a rule in cinema that if there is a lamp in the room in any given scene. It must be on. It helps ground the scene in reality. It is a subtlety that applies here in the sense that these stage looks facilitate the excitement and reality of the present experience. Plus, you are paying for all these things. Might as well turn them on.
Countdowns
This is pretty straight forward. Theses countdown animations will apply to both the live audience and the online audience.
Worship Support
This will cover all the looping content and the one custom sync song like we did for last years “So Will I”. LP should be able to provide past conference content to round out the library of content to work with on for worship.
Video Announcements
We have a couple ideas to freshen this up and by doing so it can become something that we move away from every traditional strategy and take a more organic and current take on communicating information. Some of the thoughts we discussed were shooting these in blog style and format.
Speaker Transitions, Titles and Stage Looks
These are probably one of the strongest elements to tie in the branding and look & feel of the conference. These moment, though they may be short or subtle, can provide a ton of cohesion and can act as landmarks as the audience continues to experience the event.
OPENERS
Ps. Debbie Tribute
This will be a piece that celebrates and honors Ps. Debbie’s season leading the charge at Pink Impact. A collection of footage from the years past and ushering in the new season of things to come.
Made For Now
This opener will kick off day two. This will be the bigger opener that will consist of multiple vignettes and be driven primarily by our flamenco dancer. Below are a couple video’s I have come across that feel carry the same sort of multiple storylines being carried and pushed forward through the stops, claps and snaps of our central character, the dancer.
Event Recap
This is probably the most familiar product. Some of the differences this go around would be a whole lot more being captured at Watch Parties. This will best equip your team for the promotion that needs to happen over the last couple months leading up to the event.
