Project Overview
We managed two separate podcasts using the same end-to-end production system—tailored to each host’s voice and audience, while maintaining a consistent, scalable workflow from concept to growth tracking.
Pre-Production
We began with multiple content development meetings with each host to define the vision, format, flow, and tone of their podcast. From there, we handled guest coordination, episode planning, and show notes preparation. We also designed the studio setup, selected and ordered all production gear, and built a detailed, ongoing production calendar outlining filming days and guest logistics.
Production
On filming days, we managed full video production setup including cameras, lighting, and audio. We coordinated guest arrivals and schedules while ensuring each shoot ran smoothly and efficiently. Our team maintained consistency across episodes while allowing flexibility for each host’s unique style.
Post-Production & Distribution
We managed video editors responsible for both full-length podcast episodes and short-form reels. In parallel, we developed and executed a social media content calendar, producing reels, graphics, and carousels designed to extend the life of each episode across platforms.
Analytics & Growth
We oversaw YouTube publishing and ongoing analytics, as well as social media performance tracking. Insights from these metrics were used to refine content strategy, improve engagement, and support sustained podcast growth.

Project Overview
We were brought on to help direct and execute a live-hosted podcast in front of a sold-out audience of approximately 300–400 attendees. The event featured Tim Ross alongside guests including Michael Todd, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, and Michelle Williams, and was also live-streamed online.
Pre-Production & Creative Direction
The project began with pre-production meetings with the client and production partners, where we collaborated with producers and the in-house cinematographer. We helped shape the flow of the show, pitched creative direction, reviewed reference samples, and plotted the full run-of-show. We also assisted in building out the full production team required to execute the event at scale.
Production & Live Execution
On show day, we helped manage a large-scale production involving roughly 30–40 crew members (excluding rigging and load-in teams). This included coordinating camera coverage, lighting, audio, and stage flow. We also supported the live-stream production team to ensure the event was broadcast live without interruption.
Post-Production & Distribution
Following the event, the recorded live podcast was prepared for online distribution, with content repurposed for digital platforms to extend reach beyond the in-person audience.
Impact
This project demonstrated our ability to scale podcast production into a live, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality, creative clarity, and technical execution across both in-room and online audiences.

Coming off a By Way of Dallas shoot I was invited to help be a part of media week for the Toyota Supra release. I was asked to put together a short teaser for the vehicle that could be shared on Toyota’s social platforms. After a couple days of filming, we edited and delivered this spot.

Hance Taplin @ By Way Of Dallas invited me to collaborate with him on a project for Nike Football and the Dallas Cowboys. I brought in a small crew to light and stage a locker room into something that resembled Hance’s creative direction. We had several of the Cowboys team, including Demarcus Lawrence, come through and model for us. After Production we cut an delivered a variation of several ads for instore and social platforms. This is an unkeyed alternate cut of the spot we made.

As a part of a social campaign for Jordan’s launch of their Heirloom shoe. Jordan Rodgers, Ex Head of Brand for Nike NA, myself and a small team, captured several interviews and b-roll to put together these short vignettes featuring the people that might wear this shoe.

We were tasked with the editing, animating and packaging of the above ads for a national campaign for Sony’s flagship noise cancelation headphones. These ads played on social, broadcast and on streaming platforms.
